The Board of Commissioners seeks an Executive Director with a proven track record in management and operation of a market driven recreation service portfolio. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Commissioners and is responsible for the management and operations of all departments. The District has a $19.7 million budget. Bolingbrook Park District employs 63 full-time employees and over 538 part-time and seasonal employees. Salary is commensurate with experience. There is a Bolingbrook residency requirement.
