Energize yourself with Group Exercise 

 
Ages 12 years & up (12-15 year olds may participate with parent or guardian)
You can customize your workout schedule to fit your changing needs. Our schedule is designed to provide a variety of safe, effective, fun group exercise classes led by our staff of certified instructors. Class descriptions are listed below. Purchase an unlimited pass and take as many classes as you want for a session or if you have a fitness membership, purchase an annual aerobic pass for $140 for the year. Remember to bring your card to class with you.

Group Exercise Class Descriptions

ZUMBA: Zumba fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout designed to be fun and easy to do! Interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythm and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. All levels. 60 minutes.

Body Works: Take your workout to the next level. Improve muscle strength and endurance through cardio and strength training. Change your workout and challenge yourself. 45 minutes. All levels.

Cardio Fusion: A simple to follow, yet challenging workout combining step, kickboxing, interval, stength and abs. Level 2 and 3. 60 minutes.

Weekend Warrior Workout: Start Saturday mornings off with a bang. Work your mind and your body with 20 minutes step followed by strength training. Get your cardio and strength training in before noon. 60 minutes, all levels.

Turbokick: The hottest class around! Kick, punch and groove the calories away in this action-packed, fun, safe and effective workout. Levels 2 and 3. 60 minutes.

Just Muscles: Firm and strengthen your body using weights, bands and stability balls and get the body you always wanted. Add muscle and increase your metabolism and bone density. 45 minutes. ALL LEVELS

Turboflex: 40 minutes of action-packed TurboKick, followed by ab work. Levels 2 & 3. 60 minutes.

No Limit Cycling: Add a little interval to this challenging workout. Cycle and strength train at the same time. 45 minutes, all levels.

PiYo: Basic Pilates/Yoga combo. Push your limits of agility, balance and strength. 60 minutes, all levels

Cycling: Lose body fat faster than ever. No routines or choreography to learn. Get in shape while having a great time. 45 minutes. All levels.

Lean Team: Personal training in a group atmosphere. This class changes every week with challenging strength, cardio, and interval exercises. 60 minutes, all levels.

Level 1: Low to moderate intensity with basic, easy to follow movements. Great if you are beginning group exercise or have not been at it for a while.
Level 2: Medium intensity with simple choreography.
Level 3: Medium to high intensity with more complex choreography and longer duration of cardio portion. Recommended for experienced participants.
