Fitness memberships are available for those 12 years and older. 12 to 15 year olds must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while using the fitness facilities.
Your membership includes:
- Free personal training session upon joining
- Use of basketball courts at both centers
- Coed whirlpool and sauna (Annerino location)

Group Fitness Membership Supplement
Our group fitness membership supplement has gone down in price but the quality and variety of classes has improved. LifeStyles Fitness Center & Spa members may add a group fitness supplement to their annual membership to include group fitness classes listed on the Klass Pass schedule.
