Personal Training

You are a unique individual. Therefore your fitness program should be tailored to fit your needs. Working with LifeStyles certified personal trainers will help you develop and maintain an effective, safe and individualized program to meet your specific needs. Motivation, proper instruction and guidance will ensure you the most efficient workout. Whether you’re a veteran or a beginner, our trainers will help you achieve the best results! Sessions can be held at either fitness center. All sessions, except for Pilates, are 60 minutes in length. All members of LifeStyles receive the discounted rate.

New Member Starter Package

For new members only. May only be used once and must be purchased within three months of joining. Members can customize the package to what their goals are. All sessions are with one trainer. Only $120 for three sessions!

Yoga personal training is a one of a kind program designed to fit individual needs. One on one yoga training can help maximize your abilities and reduce chance of injury in all sports. We do specific training programs designed exclusively for golf, baseball, running, biking and much more. The main focus of Yoga is to reduce stress, build balance and tone muscle. Personalized Yoga sessions can help you achieve better overall health and wellness. Through yoga training you’ll achieve better posture, regain and build confidence, tone muscles, become noticeably firmer physically and help build overall better healthy living.
