Meet the LifeStyles Training Team
John Chase
John Chase began his personal training career as a way to be able to share the benefits fitness has provided him and help others achieve their personal goals through fitness. John delivers personal attention to each client and develops effective programs to keep engagement and enjoyment at high levels.
"As a father of two teen daughters and a husband dedicated to family, career, and enjoying life, I understand that your exercise plan must be fun, motivating, and meet the demands of your everyday life," Chase said. "Whether your goal is weight loss, increased energy, strength and muscular development, or improved performance for that upcoming adventure vacation or sports season, I look forward to working with you.
Anthony Bounamici
In May of 2012, I graduated Aurora University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Athletic Training. While in college I performed over 1300 hours of athletic training in various settings, including local high schools and universities, as well as rotations at orthopaedic clinics and hospitals. Within these settings, I provided rehabilitation and strength training services to high-level athletes in almost all sports. I was also an athlete myself for 18 years as a baseball pitcher, finishing my last 4 years of baseball while I was in college.
One thing I learned from playing baseball at a high level is f you want to compete, keep up with everyone else (or be better than everyone else) and see results, it takes patience, dedication, and hard work. This not only applies to sports; it applies to everything we do—specifically with getting in shape or strength training. Even when we don’t want to do something, you can’t let the mind interfere with goals you want to achieve. I am here to guide—to assure that not only do we work hard to achieve our goals, but to make sure we don’t lose sight of them.
Janet O'Hara

At age 38, I put my third child on the bus for kindergarten and began a walking program, determined to shed the 30 lbs I'd packed onto my 5'6" frame. My efforts paid off in a gradual loss of 18 lbs., leaving me pleased, but not entirely satisfied. Strength training, and an overhaul of my eating habits took me the rest of the way. My "defying gravity" workouts, as I call them, brought me to a level of strength, leanness, and muscle definition I’d never even had in my twenties. The health benefits gained from exercise and good nutrition are available to anyone willing to apply consistent effort. As a trainer, it is my joy and privilege to educate, motivate, and encourage my clients to "Go for it!!" Feel better, look better, move better. I can show you how. See what your body can do!
