Pool Guidelines

Pelican Harbor reserves the right to close attractions due to low attendance. 

Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children! Pelican Harbor staff members are on duty to enforce rules and respond in the event of an emergency. 

Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or over. 

All guests must wear bathing suits.

No personal flotation devices (arm floats, floatation bathing suits, etc.) are permitted unless U. S. Coast Guard approved. 

Children utilizing the water slides must be at least 42 inches tall and must be able to swim in order to ride. Children close to the height will be measured and given a wristband if they are tall enough to ride. 

Children utilizing the spray playground and Indoor Pelican Slide must be less than 48 inches tall. 

Lockers are available for use at no charge. Bring your own lock or purchase one at the fitness desk or at Pelican Harbor for $6. 

All children not toilet trained must have 3 layers of protection - swim diaper, plastic pants and a lined bathing suit. Swim diapers and plastic pants are available for purchase for $3.00. Male infant suits are also available in various sizes. 

We are requesting that all guests enter at the main Pelican Harbor gate when Pelican Harbor is open.


Pelican Harbor may close if… 
The air temperature drops below 75 degrees. 

Weather becomes severe and the forecast is for threatening weather to continue. 

Attendance drops below 25 guests for a period of one hour.
