    In accordance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, the Bolingbrook Park District ("Park District") has made a determination of the prevailing rates of wages to be paid to laborers, mechanics and other workers employed in public works projects for the Park District. The Park District has determined that the prevailing rates of wages are the wage rates for Will County, as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor.

    A copy of the determination is available for public inspection in the Park District's business office located at 201 Recreation Drive, Bolingbrook, IL. Copies are also available upon request by calling the Park District at 630‐739‐0272.

    Total Compensation Package Information

    Pursuant to the requirements of 5 ILCS 120/7.3, we have made available in our Human Resource Department, 201 Recreation Drive, Bolingbrook, Illinois, the total compensation package for each employee having a total compensation package that exceeds $75,000 per year. The statute defines “total compensation” to mean salary, health insurance, vehicle allowance, clothing allowance, bonuses, loans, vacation days and sick days.

    In addition at least 6 days before an employer participating in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund approves an employee's total compensation package (salary, health insurance, vehicle allowance, vacation days and sick days) that is equal to or in excess of $150,000 per year, the employer must post on its website the total compensation package for that employee. This information is available in our Human Resources Department, 201 Recreation Drive, Bolingbrook, Illinois.
