Bolingbrook Park District manages and maintains 50 parks and facilities throughout the community totalling 1,107 acres of land. Our parks offer a variety of features to ensure there is something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you simply want to take a leisurely stroll on a greenway or find the fastest slide, there is a park for you.

  • The Forest Playground

The Forest

The Forest playground was completed in 2021. It also features a basketball court, picnic areas and a shelter. Check out The Forest at 1399 Carriage Lane.

    Bike paths are perfect for walking, jogging, rollerblading, cross-country skiing or bicycling. Some paths loop around the perimeter of a park while others are linear connecting neighborhoods to parks, schools and business centers.

    Bolingbrook Parks manages two popular community skate parks with modern amenities. Central Park Skate Plaza and Indian Boundary Skate Park. Check them out.

    Fire helps manage our natural communities by helping to control undesirable woody vegetation and are beneficial to native plants and wildflowers. It encourages new seed growth by removing the leaf litter off the forest floor, and allows sunlight to the plants so they can flourish.
