  • Welcome to Pelican Harbor's Guidelines and Information page. We hope you enjoy your time at the Aquatic Park and have a few guidelines to ensure everybody has a safe, and enjoyable, visit.

    • Pelican Harbor reserves the right to close attractions due to low attendance.

    • Guests are required to wear a face covering in the facility on-deck, not while swimming. Children 2 and under will not be required to wear a mask.

    • Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children! Pelican Harbor staff members are on duty to enforce rules and respond in the event of an emergency.

    • Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or over.

    • All guests must wear lined bathing suits.

    • No personal flotation devices (arm floats, floatation bathing suits, etc.) are permitted unless U. S. Coast Guard approved.

    • Children utilizing the water slides must be at least 42 inches tall and must be able to swim at least 12 yards in order to ride. Children may be measured to verify height or be asked to perform a swim test prior to being allowed down the water slide.

    • Children utilizing the Indoor Pelican Slide must be less than 48 inches tall.

    • Lockers are available for use at no charge. Bring your own lock or purchase one at the fitness desk or at Pelican Harbor for $6.

    • All children not toilet trained must where a swim diaper and lined swim suit over the swim diaper.

    • All guests enter at the main Pelican Harbor gate when the outdoor aquatic park is open. Members may access the indoor aquatic park during the non-summer months through the side door of the facility.

  • Pelican Harbor Outdoor Aquatic Park may close if...
