213182 / Ballroom Dance

The Ballroom Swing fest offers two dances that people often think are difficult, but actually happen to be a lot of favorites and simple to learn! The first one being Foxtrot. Now Foxtrot has a smooth and sauntering style. It is typically danced to jazzy music, like the popular Frank Sinatra and Michael Buble. And the second being Swing. You can time travel your way back to the 80’s with this dance or find yourself enjoying it to today’s artists. This dance is picking it up a notch as it’s an upbeat, fun, and playful style of dance. Can be danced to different genres like old school rock and roll, blues, and a variety of more modern music sang by Olly Murs and Meghan Trainor. Both of these styles are very easy to learn and give you an opportunity to use and show off at many live music outlets and bars.

All levels welcome. There is no partner required.
