What is Ninja Zone?
Ninja Zone is a thrilling new sport for kids. It was developed by fusing elements of martial arts, gymnastics, obstacle course training and freestyle movement.
Ninja Zone leverages kids’ fire and excitement into an activity they truly love, building the strength, agility, stealth and mental prowess of a trained ninja.
The result is more confident, disciplined kids who have a physical, mental and emotional foundation to take on any challenge.
It is 80% Continuous Movement. Coordination trains safety as they will know how to land, roll and shock absorb and stay safe in most sports. Instinctual Safety will be taught and that is learning how to fall and recover.

Does Ninja Zone have different levels?
There are four levels to be mastered: White, Yellow, Green and Blue.
All participants begin in White.
Mastery of each level must be completed prior to advancement to the next level.
Ninjas will be evaluated at least every two months.
Evaluation for Next Level:
Ninjas will be invited to “Mission” by their Ninja Instructor once they have completed all of the skills in their current level. This is a separate class that will cost $15.00 for Ninjas. Your Ninja will receive their new Level Headband in the cost of Mission Class.
Is Ninja Zone for both boys and girls?
YES! However, Ninja Zone does not offer Coed classes. Boys and girls have different athletic learning styles. Boys learn through competition, girls learn through collaboration. The classes listed are not gendered. We will create gendered classes once we determine registration numbers.
What will my ninja wear to class?
Each Ninja is required to purchase a uniform package - t-shirt and headband signifying their level. Link is at the bottom of the page to purchase your uniform.
What training does the staff have?
All Ninja Zone coaches are fully trained on technical skill, equipment, and pro-active safety according to guidelines set forth by Ninja Zone.
