*A separate check or money order madepayable to
"Market Access" must be included with
your rental payment two weeks prior to your party.
If you cancel your party after the liquor liability
insurance policy is purchased $85 of the $170 is
non-refundable.
The deposit will be returned 10-15 business days
after your party as long as the rental rules have
been followed.
