GROUP CYCLING

Lose body fat faster. Invest less of your time. Choose your own pace. No routines or choreography to learn. Motivating music and instructors. Theses are just a few of the benefits of group cycling classes. From beginners to advanced, these classes are an efficient way to get in shape and have some fun! Participants experience a simulation of an outdoor bikeride over a variety of terrain, led by an instructor and accompanied by motivational music. A great compliment to any exercise program!
