LifeStyles Fitness Center & Spa personal trainers are highly qualified and hold certifications through the fitness industries top organizations including American Council on Exercise (ACE), National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) and National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF).

- To ensure you achieve desired results during your first session, all forms must be filled out, signed and turned in before your first session begins.
- For those clients who require a doctor’s note, please obtain that prior to your first session.
- All personal training sessions are one hour. If you are late to a session, the session will only run through the end of the scheduled hour. This ensures other clients are not delayed.
- Payment is due prior to your first session. Cash, check or credit cards are accepted.
- If you need to cancel a session, please call a minimum of 24 hours prior to your session. Any sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours noticed will unfortunately be lost.
- Your initial appointment will be set no more than four weeks from the initial purchase of your personal training package. All packages must be fulfilled within six months unless there is a medical condition cleared through the fitness manager.

New Member Starter Package
This package is exclusively for new LifeStyles Fitness Center & Spa members. The package is available to members within three months of joining. Members can customize the package to meet their goals. All sessions are with one trainer.
